Our Mission Statement

Crossroads Assembly exists as a Christian congregation to preach, teach, and model the Gospel of Jesus Christ and lead people to a growing relationship with Christ. See our "Strategic Plan".

Our Vision Statement

We will create a regional church campus and innovative church organization to focus our energy on integrating people of all ages and backgrounds into a dynamic, Spirit-filled Christian community. We will accept people as they are and endeavor to care for them through God’s restorative love. We will teach and encourage people to grow in Christ, and challenge them to fulfill their God-given potential. We will serve people in our region and throughout the world through education, evangelistic outreaches, short-term missions, and support of like-minded missions and ministries.

Our Core Values

As we work toward accomplishing our mission and vision we will adhere to these values in every decision and action:

Proclaiming the Gospel
We will present Jesus Christ as Lord, in power and excellence and in a manner relevant to the needs of all people in today’s society.
Worshipping God
We will develop a growing regional worship center, where people may come from the North, South, East, and West to magnify Almighty God, our Heavenly Father.
Teaching the Word
We will teach the Bible as the divinely inspired Word of God and our standard for faith and conduct.
Honoring the Presence of the Holy Spirit
We will create an atmosphere of anointed ministry, prayer, and praise, where the Holy Spirit may freely move to bring His healing and restoring power to all who seek Him.
Promoting Evangelism and Missions
We will actively spread the Gospel through dynamic personal evangelism, evangelistic outreaches in our community, and ever-increasing support of missions throughout the world.
Encouraging the Baptism in the Holy Spirit
We will teach and encourage the Baptism in the Holy Spirit, full use of the Gifts and Fruit of the Spirit, and daily use of spiritual language to empower all believers for service and continuing spiritual growth.
Training Disciples to Minister in Excellence
We will effectively train and nurture believers of all ages to serve as disciples of Jesus Christ, and to minister in excellence, integrity, and continual innovation.
Modeling Stewardship
We will obediently model faithful stewardship of time, talent, and money—seeing these as being from God’s hand.
Promoting Harmony and Unity
We will create an atmosphere where people of all races, nationalities, cultures, and socio-economic backgrounds will be welcomed and accepted, united in the Spirit of Christ.
Ministering to the Family
We will support Biblical family values in changing times by promoting the sanctity of marriage, Biblical sexuality, and human life.
Praying Effectively and Fervently
We will establish personal and corporate prayer as a foundation of fruitfulness in life, service, and ministry.
Restoring People Through God’s Love
We will teach and encourage people to yield to the Holy Spirit, to bring God’s love and restorative power to those who have been spiritually wounded, returning them to wholeness and fruitful ministry.
